This starts with understanding what our clients do on a daily basis and what constitutes their operating costs. We then identify areas where there is a potential opportunity to save cost/time by outsourcing work to India, making advantage of the time difference. While doing this we also focus on optimising the existing processes, making then lean and sleek wherever possible. All this takes several iterations and better results are guaranteed each time we look at it.
